What You’ll Be Doing

Danfoss has evolved its HR services, and we're looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our state-of-the-art HR Services organization. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our employee experience.
As a key member of our EMEA Service Center team, you will be the first point of contact for our EMEA employees. You'll have a direct impact on their journey by:
- Being the Go-To Expert: Become the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for all HR inquiries. You will guide employees through HR processes, manage cases in ServiceNow, and ensure every question is either resolved or directed to the right team for support.
- Driving Excellence: Champion our commitment to exceptional customer service, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. Your ideas for making our processes smarter and more efficient will be heard and valued.
- Collaborating Globally: Work closely with a diverse "dream team" located across the EMEA region. You'll partner with managers, business HR, and other key functions, building relationships in a primarily virtual setting.
- Mastering HR Operations: Support a wide range of global HR procedures, becoming a master of our operational flow and ticketing systems.
What We're Looking For
- A proactive and curious individual with a global mindset; flexible and with open-minded approach.
- A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally from a global company or a shared services environment.
- A solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A true team-player spirit, ready to contribute to our fantastic team culture.
- A structured, quality-focused mindset with a natural drive to provide excellent customer service.
- Outstanding communication skills, with full proficiency in English.
