Step into a key role shaping how we deliver HR services to the 20,000 employees across the EMEA region.  

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to join our HR Services organisationAs our new HR Project Manager, you’ll help drive improvements in the way we work, streamline processes, and support the ongoing digitalization of our HR services to create efficiencies and a smooth user experience.

You are a hands-on profile with a solid operational understanding and enjoy working with colleagues across HR, IT, and the business to meet our strategic goals.

 You will be reporting to the Head of our EMEA Service Center and become part of a team of talented and dedicated HR Professionals located across EMEA. 

You are based in Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, or Slovakia. You can either work remotely or from one of our offices: Budapest (Hungary), Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Poland), Ljubljana (Slovenia) or Povazska Bystrica (Slovakia). 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive excellence: deliver on our HR Services EMEA roadmap focusing on strengthening our new operating model, continuous improvement, and user experience.  
  • Innovate and optimize:  identify opportunities for automation and digitalization and bring the opportunities to life.  
  • Lead change: support the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption.  
  • Manage projects: plan and drive big and small projects, keep stakeholders close and use your strong facilitation skills to create excitement and progress. 
  • Case management: analyse service quality and productivity trends, conduct root cause analysis and lead initiatives to optimize usage of ServiceNow.  
  • Communication: create written communication and presentations that speak to the heart of the target group and convey key messages in a simple manner.  

What We're Looking For

Your professional profile: 

  • Background from the shared services environment and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in HR. 
  • Experience from a similar position and proven experience with HR process streamlining, continuous improvement and digitalization. 
  • Experience with HR request systems (e.g. ServiceNow) is a must.  
  • Excellent English language skills.
