As part of our Strategic HR Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead and manage a broad range of HR projects and initiatives that vary in terms of scope, stakeholders and complexity. Your impact lies in bringing clarity to ambiguity and structure to fast-moving initiatives.
As part of a larger team, you will be contributing to multiple global projects simultaneously, where priorities can shift and expectations differ from project to project. In this team, we collaborate closely and support each other to ensure successful project delivery together.
This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate broadly across the organization, and make a visible impact on global HR initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the implementation of a broad variation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Support HR communication activities to effectively capture, storage, and disseminate critical HR information, supporting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes to ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with Global HR Process Owners, Segment HR and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the agreed objectives and goals.
What We're Looking For
- Serval years of experience in HR or Project Management
- Proven ability to handle complexity, adapting to changing priorities, and staying resilient.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including creating clear visual presentations.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and driving results.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and SharePoint
