The Head of GS – Indirect Procurement Americas & Real Estate LAM is a key member of the Global Indirect Procurement leadership structure, contributing to the definition, governance and deployment of global category strategies, standards and ways of working across regions.

This role will be responsible for leading the strategy and operations of Indirect Procurement for the Administration and Facility categories across the Americas region (NAM & LAM). Overseeing operational performance for additional categories, including MRO, Consultancy, and IT. Leading the regional Real Estate function with responsibility for Lease Management, Facility Services, Vendor Management, R&M expense control, and support for CAPEX and Energy Management initiatives in the LAM region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Indirect Procurement NAM & LAM

  • Manage the strategic, tactical and operational procurement teams, with an end-to-end responsibility for having Category and Supplier strategies in place and aligned with the Business
  • Drive Digitalization and continuous process improvements
  • Drive key commercial business contribution to the company’s EBIT and Cash Flow results
  • Take part in the Indirect Procurement leadership team and represent the Americas region in the Global Indirect Procurement leadership board
  • Closely align and implement procurement strategies with the Regional/Global Management Teams

 

Real Estate LAM

  • Lead the regional Real Estate agenda, ensuring effective planning and execution across all sites
  • Oversee Lease Management, including negotiations, renewals, consolidation, and compliance
  • Manage Soft & Hard Services, ensuring cost efficiency, availability, safety, and service quality
  • Control Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) expenses, ensuring optimal cost management
  • Provide design recommendations for new offices, renovations, and expansions, ensuring alignment with global standards
  • Act as a supporting function for CAPEX projects and Energy Management, ensuring sourcing excellence and cost optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, combining leadership roles with people and senior stakeholder management in a regional and/or global environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Real Estate Management, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the Americas.
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
