The Impact You'll Make

This role will lead product portfolio management and product development of Danfoss Drives Division.  The role ensure product portfolio startegy and execution to support division and segment strategy and secure cross functional alignment. The role will lead product development for China market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead product management team to develop product and solution portfolio, to take ownership in product management with business rational, to support divison growth strategy;
  • Lead product management team to take ownership in product and solution End to End (E2E) alignment;
  • Lead product development team to develop and improve product for China market in terms of 'fit for purpose' value and competitiveness improvement;
  • Drive high performance culture and growth mindset as PM&PD team leader and member of divisonal leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Education background: Bachelor degree at least with the related engineering major like mechanical, electronics, electrical or automative control etc. Master degree is a plus;
  • At least 10-year working relative management experience in functions such as product management, product development, Business development, or general management;
  • Have the strong strategic thinking to build up the business strategy with result-orientation;
  • Proven track record in business and people management;
  • Have good collaborative communication skill both in English & Chinese.
