The Impact You'll Make
We are looking for a Head of IRF Product Management to lead and further strengthen product management within Industrial Refrigeration and Heating (IRF). You will head a team of experienced product managers and take full ownership of a large and complex product portfolio across its entire lifecycle.
In this role, you play a key part in securing profitable growth, safeguarding IRF’s leading market position, and driving a strong, fact-based product strategy aligned with customer and market needs.
You will also be a member of the IRF Leadership Team and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Head of IRF Product Management, you will:

Lead the product lifecycle management of a broad IRF portfolio

Drive product strategies that support growth, market leadership, and increased retrofit business

Strengthen commercial focus, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration

Be commercially accountable for business performance and results

Lead and develop a team of 6 experienced product managers

Own and drive the IRF product lifecycle from strategy to phase-out

Contribute actively as a member of the IRF Leadership Team

Define, deploy, and execute winning product strategies for key product categories

Evaluate and prioritize category-specific initiatives based on strategic fit and business impact

Drive competitive pricing strategies in close collaboration with the IRF Pricing Manager

Support IRF growth strategy execution with strong focus on market share and retrofit opportunities
What We're Looking For

Experience from a B2B environment, preferably within industrial or project-based businesses

A degree in Engineering, Marketing, or similar

Experience from HVAC and/or Refrigeration (2–5 years is a plus)

Working knowledge of refrigeration applications (preferred)

Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understanding

Leadership experience and the ability to develop people and teams
