You will play a key role in shaping the future of Danfoss’ DEVI Electric Heating business in Norway and Denmark. With our strong market position and trusted product portfolio, your leadership will directly influence growth, customer value, and long-term success across both markets.


By leading sales teams and key customer relationships, you will turn strategy into measurable results. Your work will help customers adopt reliable, energy-efficient heating solutions that improve comfort, safety, and sustainability.


This is a visible leadership role where your commercial mindset, people leadership, and market insight will make a real difference - both for our customers and for DEVI.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Translate overall business strategy into clear country-level sales plans that drive growth and disciplined execution in Norway and Denmark.
  • Lead and coach Sales Engineering and Key Account teams, enabling strong performance, development, and engagement.
  • Drive commercial performance by tracking sales results and market trends, turning data into actionable insights for management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers across the electrical value chain.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing market and customer insights internally to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within B2B, ideally within the electrical or related technical industry.
  • Strong commercial and technical understanding of working with stakeholders such as electrical wholesalers, installers, construction companies, and consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach teams, with a hands-on and collaborative leadership style.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English; Danish is an advantage.
  • A strategic, results-oriented mindset with high integrity and strong business acumen.
