As an IAM Services Intern, you will contribute to delivering reliable and secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. Your work will help ensure that users have the right access, at the right time, for the right reasons—supporting both cybersecurity and the enablement of Danfoss’ digital business.
The IAM team is responsible for ensuring secure access to systems and data across the organization. Our mission is to strengthen security, support risk management, and enable business operations through effective IAM solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Manage, support and provide consultancy on multiple IAM-related solutions. Provide support, guidance and consultancy in IAM processes & tools to business users and IT colleagues around the world. Manage user accounts, groups, roles and permissions in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, Saviynt and other systems.
On a typical day, you will support our IT and business colleagues with their user accounts, permissions, and access in general in multiple systems to protect Danfoss from cyber security threats, and enable our digital business goals.
Every day, you’ll collaborate with a global team across multiple regions, partnering with cross-functional groups such as Service Desk, Site Support, Infrastructure, and key stakeholders from various departments.

Conduct thorough issue analysis and root cause identification, with clear and comprehensive documentation. Demonstrate strong teamwork and contribute effectively to Danfoss cyber security as a reliable team player.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills:

Currently pursuing a degree in IT-related fields (Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, etc.).

Advanced English proficiency to collaborate effectively in a global team.

Strong analytical skills for issue troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and accurate documentation.

Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

Takes initiative, is curious about new technologies, and eager to learn and grow.

Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction across teams.
