What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling mail, including sorting, calculating and reporting due dates, archiving, entering into case management system
- Participate in internal IP process improvement projects
- Various administrative assistant tasks (invoicing, travel settlement, messenger, scanning, stamp arrangement)
- Prepare various analyses of processes and provide improvement suggestions
- All administrative aspects in filing and prosecution of IP applications and supporting IP consultants in those areas
- Correspondence in English with customers, external advisors and authorities globally
- Analyze and update data in case management system
- Fees payment and administration
- Deadline monitoring and reporting
- Minor translations between Chinese and English
What We're Looking For
- Language, legal, business or other education on bachelor level
- Above 5 years of experience as a patent assistant in a global/international company
- Communicate smoothly in English (corporate language) work-related - both orally and in writing.
- Strong proficiency in IT tools:
- IP management system (preferably Ipendo, but not required)
- MS Office package (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
