What You’ll Be Doing

Support internal users by providing high-quality local and remote technical assistance to ensure business continuity.

Coordinate digital requests through ticket follow-ups and collaboration with global IT groups for timely solutions.

Drive local initiatives by tracking IT projects and supporting the execution of site-specific technological tasks.

Optimize workflows using your skills in PowerApps and Database management to improve internal digital tools.

Collaborate with partners and external vendors to ensure hardware and software services meet our operational standards.
What We're Looking For

Foundational IT Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking to troubleshoot hardware and software.

Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge in development (PowerApps, DB) and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies.

Global Mindset: Proficiency in basic English (reading/writing) to navigate international systems and documentation.

Professional Reliability: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and effective communication to work in a dynamic corporate environment.
