The Impact You'll Make

Do you have an interest in IT and how it impacts a global organization during critical business transformations? Are you structured, proactive, and eager to learn as part of a dynamic, global team? Then you might be our next IT M&A Student Worker, starting in the Autumn semester.

 

You will be a key player in supporting our IT M&A team, and your work will directly contribute to the smooth integration of IT systems during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring our continued growth and success. You'll gain a deep understanding of how IT impacts the organization during crucial change processes and learn to navigate a fast-paced project environment. You will get an insight into business processes in a global industrial company. 

 

Every day, you’ll collaborate with the dedicated experts in our IT M&A team. This role offers unique exposure, allowing you to work with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the business, providing you with valuable insights into stakeholder and communication management. Our daily language is English. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Helping to shape the future of our M&A integrations by contributing to the development of our internal IT M&A Playbook. 
  • Driving project progress through diligent follow-up, project administration, and tracking of key initiatives. Ensuring data quality of M&A integration repositories. 
  • Help the IT M&A team to harvest productivity gains through AI.  
  • Creating and maintaining Power BI and Power automate tools to support the transparency of the integration. 

 

What We're Looking For

 

Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who has recently completed their Bachelor's degree and is preparing to begin their Master's studies, as this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional profile within our organization over a 2-3 year period. In addition to your university qualifications, we value individuals who demonstrate:

  • A proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated work ethic.
  • A strong interest in program and project management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • A passion for the role of IT in business contexts; experience or interest in AI is an advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive, determined attitude.
  • Team spirit and the capability to build relationships and collaborate across diverse cultures and borders.
  • The capacity to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate exam schedules.
