The Impact You'll Make
What if your IT skills could directly support people, production, and the green transition?
As our IT Senior Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative and skilled IT team in Graasten. Your work directly shapes the daily digital experience for our employees and helps keep operations running smoothly across the site and nearby Danfoss locations.
By combining hands on technical expertise with a solid service mindset, you translate business needs into reliable IT solutions. You don’t just solve issues - you enable collaboration, productivity, and innovation across the organization.
As part of Danfoss’ global IT community, your local role connects to something bigger. We don’t just fix problems - we enable innovation, efficiency, and collaboration by delivering robust IT solutions that support the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take the lead on IT support and service delivery at the Graasten site, while ensuring stable day to day IT operations at nearby Danfoss locations in Rødekro and Tinglev.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line expert level support, troubleshooting complex issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets with a focus on quality, user experience, and long‑term solutions, not just quick fixes.
- Collaborate closely with global IT teams to support business needs and take part in the implementation of new IT solutions.
- Act as a key link between users, IT vendors, and the wider IT organization, ensuring reliable delivery and continuous improvement.
On‑call duty is part of the role, with a rotation every three weeks outside normal business hours. This is planned in advance and supports stable IT operations.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience within IT support, working hands on with complex issues and stable IT operations.
- Proven ability to install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software in a Manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with IT service management processes, such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally in both Danish and English with users and stakeholders at all levels.
- A solution‑oriented and service‑focused mindset, with flexibility and an understanding of what matters most in the moment.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
