The Impact You'll Make
As an Import & Export Analyst at Danfoss, you will help keep global supply chains moving efficiently and compliantly. Your work ensures products cross borders on time, with the right documentation and in full alignment with international trade regulations—directly supporting business continuity and customer satisfaction.
You will play a key role in strengthening logistics operations by identifying risks, solving daily shipping challenges, and improving processes. Your insights will help reduce costs, shorten lead times, and enhance operational performance.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners in a multicultural environment, gaining exposure to global trade operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor and coordinate daily import/export shipments to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution

Analyze freight forwarders and customs brokers performance to improve service quality and efficiency

Identify logistics risks and escalate issues to protect business operations and avoid delays

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize lead times

Support reporting and data analysis to drive better decision-making and cost reduction
What We're Looking For
