We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import and Export Assistant to support our international trade operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all import and export activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This is an onsite position at our facility at Osasco, São Paulo .

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize documentation for import and export processes, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and BL/AWB.
• Monitor international shipments, track deadlines, and update cargo status.
• Request freight and customs quotations, and follow up with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Assist in verifying applicable taxes, duties, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits or inspections when required.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate level).
• Basic to intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
