This is a hands-on role where you will prototype, validate, and evaluate real technologies while collaborating with startups, universities, and innovation partners. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and our long-term technology direction.#LI-JS4

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Evaluate and benchmark emerging thermal technologies using first-principles thinking
•    Partner with startups to assess feasibility, risks, and scalability
•    Design and execute experiments to validate and compare technologies
•    Perform rapid, insight-driven assessments to support decision-making
•    Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

•    Degree in Thermal, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or similar)
•    Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and thermal systems
•    Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and validation
•    Analytical mindset with ability to assess technologies objectively
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
