As an Inside Sales Expert (m/f/d) for Industrial Refrigeration Applications, you'll be the trusted partner supporting external sales colleagues while also managing your own customer accounts—combining technical expertise with commercial drive to expand our market share across ammonia and CO2 cooling solutions.
Based in one of our office locations in Hamburg or Offenbach, you'll work hand-in-hand with Key Account sales teams to deliver seamless customer support, develop tailored technical solutions, and drive projects from concept to close. You'll be their go-to expert for wholesale customers and strategic accounts, coordinating events, preparing offers, and ensuring every customer interaction is backed by technical excellence and commercial insight.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support external sales colleagues as their inside sales partner, preparing customized technical solutions and offers, coordinating customer projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration between inside and field teams
- Own and manage your own customer accounts, driving projects from initial concept to successful close while building strong relationships with decision-makers in wholesale and strategic accounts
- Enable field sales success by supporting customer events and training sessions, providing technical expertise, and using Salesforce CRM to keep sales activities transparent and projects on track
- Develop and execute customer development plans in close alignment with Key Account managers, focusing on growth, profitability, and market leadership in industrial refrigeration applications (ammonia and CO2)
- Negotiate pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, manage escalations efficiently, and provide accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or background combined with several years of experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in cooling components or refrigeration sales
- Business fluent in German (must-have) and strong communication skills in English
- Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or sales support, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment working closely with field sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance customer needs with profitability and strategic goals
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a structured, results-driven approach to managing sales activities, coordination, and forecasting
