What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate quotes, submittals, and project estimates using CRM, ERP, and quotation tools.
• Partner with external sales teams to manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Serve as a primary commercial contact for channel and OEM accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams—including engineering and supply chain—to deliver solutions and meet customer needs.
• Qualify new leads and support bid-spec projects by reviewing electrical specifications and providing accurate information.
• Manage orders and delivery status while helping customers navigate Danfoss for answers on products, quotes, and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or customer support.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Variable Speed Drives or electrical systems is a plus.

   The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$100,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
