What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email to deliver timely, accurate technical support.
- Act as a product reference for selected heating and cooling solutions to guide customer decisions.
- Resolve and track customer issues in CRM systems to ensure smooth after-sales support.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and product specialists to solve complex technical challenges.
- Continuously build product expertise to stay current with solutions and market developments.
What We're Looking For
- Background or experience in hydraulic heating and/or cooling systems.
- Understanding of heating control principles.
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and manage priorities effectively.
- Working proficiency in English and French.
