The Impact You'll Make
As an Intern in Global Onboarding, you’ll play an active role in shaping how new colleagues experience their start at Danfoss. You will work on one large, end-to-end onboarding project - designing and supporting the implementation of a global HR onboarding concept - while also contributing to smaller improvement initiatives within the onboarding space.
Your work will help ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and other global stakeholders and gain hands-on experience in a truly international HR environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and support the implementation of a global HR onboarding concept as your main internship project
- Analyze existing onboarding practices and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and internal stakeholders globally
- Support smaller onboarding-related tasks and initiatives (e.g. content updates, process improvements, data analysis)
- Help ensure a positive and consistent onboarding experience for new hires in HR worldwide
What We're Looking For
Ideally, you are currently completing the final phase of your Bachelor’s degree or have begun a Master’s degree, ideally in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Besides your studies, we are looking for someone with:
- Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and employee experience
- First-hand experience in HR or a related area is a plus (e.g. internship, student job, project work)
- Structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage a larger project alongside smaller tasks
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in an international, virtual environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
