As an Internal Sales professional at Danfoss Power Solutions in Osasco site, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products to new and existing OEM customers across Latin America and North America. Your role is crucial in driving the sales process, closing new deals, and achieving sales targets based on opportunities. With a value-selling mindset, excellent prioritization, and time management skills, you will make a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain an updated sales funnel of opportunities for customers and follow specific actions related to these opportunities.
- Develop sales plans to maximize penetration in existing or new accounts.
- Proactively explore markets to identify leads and achieve business goals, proposing solutions to customer needs.
- Support assigned OEM customers using available tools like SalesForce and SAP.
- Expand existing relationships between Danfoss Power Solutions and customers through effective communication and internal alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, showing the ability to grow and adapt in changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese; advanced/fluent English preferred.
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis tools.
