The Impact You'll Make

Safely and efficiently perform janitorial related activities to support cleanliness of facility restrooms, offices, meeting locations and cafeteria. Primary role will be to provide cleaning service for the facility with a customer service mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Must be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving service.
• Ability to safely and effectively complete work requests.
• Complete required Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities.
• Creates/maintains a safe work environment and practices safety for self and others at all times.
• Maintain flexibility to be able to move from work area to work area in order to meet the expectations of the customers and the hygiene goals for the plant.  Able to work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision.
• Promotes cooperation and "team oriented" work environment at all times under the direction of the leadership.
• Monitors Facility issues, such as paper, soap dispensers and escalate to Facilities Team leader to ensure they are brought back up within a service level target.
• Partner and cooperate with maintenance to ensure repairs are made.
• Able to follow standard work.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Mountain Home, AR will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to handle standing, twisting, pulling, motions for long periods exceeding 6 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
• Attendance is required within Danfoss guidelines.

• Must be self-directed and be able to work with little supervision.
