We are looking for a Junior Application Engineer to support our Spanish Product & Application Team, contributing to innovative solutions across a wide range of industries, from electrification projects to critical water solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in identifying and analyzing new technical opportunities and challenges to enhance product applications.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions that meet customer needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and customer visits to drive solution development.
• Conduct pre-sales activities such as simulations, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Support post-sales activities, including troubleshooting, commissioning, and service trips.
• Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with clients and internal colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• Basic knowledge and initial exposure to industrial automation, drives, and motor applications.
• Academic knowledge of variable speed drives, communication networks, or motion control is a plus.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Team player with a flexible, structured, and proactive approach to projects.
• Ambitious, curious, and committed to personal development and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Availability for nationwide travel; a valid driver’s license is required.
