The Impact You'll Make
You will help customers succeed by supporting the performance, reliability, and uptime of Danfoss Drives in real‑world industrial applications. From energy storage to metals, oil & gas, and marine environments, your work will directly impact how customers operate and grow their businesses.
In this role, you will build strong technical foundations while working alongside experienced engineers, customers, and partners. Every day brings new challenges, learning opportunities, and exposure to advanced low‑ and medium‑voltage drive systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of low‑ and medium‑voltage drives and drive systems at customer sites and remotely

Learn to optimize drive performance for specific customer applications and industries

Partner with technical support, application teams, and repair shops to deliver end‑to‑end customer solutions

Document service activities using Salesforce CRM, including service reports and performance feedback

Travel frequently to customer sites to support installations, commissioning, and urgent service needs
What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology, Automation, or Physics

Interest or experience in industrial applications, power conversion, drives, PLCs, or automation systems

Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑focused mindset

Willingness to travel up to 75%, including short‑notice and international assignments

Motivation to learn, grow, and work confidently in diverse environments and teams

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $89,000+ bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
