As a Junior GL Accountant, you help ensure that Danfoss works with accurate, trusted, and timely financial data. Your contribution strengthens our ability to make smart decisions and move the business forward with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily accounting entries in the General Ledger and supporting local finance teams with accurate information.
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries, provisions, and other tasks needed for period‑end activities.
- Handling month‑end closing for less complex entities, including fixed assets, balance sheet checks, and reconciliations.
- Working with SAP data, identify issues, and help prevent posting or process errors.
- Supporting intercompany reconciliations, audits, and improvements to processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
- English at B2 level, spoken and written.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Advantage: experience in R2R/GL, SAP ERP, Shared Services/SSC or BPO, advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables).
