The Impact You'll Make
As our Junior Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting efficient procurement operations and accurate data management.
You will ensure smooth purchase order processing and delivery tracking, helping internal teams and vendors operate seamlessly through timely, accurate, and efficient procurement support.
You’ll collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams and take ownership of PO processing, data maintenance, and issue resolution, helping drive a more efficient and data-driven future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support purchase order creation, validation, and follow-up with suppliers
- Monitor and update order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking details
- Maintain and update material master data, pricing, and purchase information records in ERP systems
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for Invoice discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is Preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain operations
- Foundational understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred)
- Effective stakeholder management and coordination skills
