What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Strategic Growth: You will be the architect of our sales success in your assigned accounts. You'll go beyond traditional sales to identify and capture new business, expand our share of wallet, and consistently exceed your targets.
- Build Lasting Partnerships: Forge deep, influential relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their go-to advisor for data center solutions. Your ability to connect with everyone from engineers to executives will be critical.
- Champion Value: Master the Danfoss value proposition and use a consultative, value-based selling approach to solve complex customer challenges. You'll demonstrate how our solutions deliver a powerful ROI and strategic advantage.
- Lead with Insight: Conduct impactful business reviews with customers and internal leadership, using data to tell a story of success, uncover new opportunities, and create a clear path for future growth.
- Collaborate for the Win: Act as the central point of contact for your customers, leading a coordinated effort with our world-class engineering, product, and customer service teams to deliver unmatched customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record with at least 2 years of B2B sales experience. A background in the data center, liquid cooling, or a related technical field is a significant advantage.
- The ability to navigate complex or global matrix organizations with ease.
- The self-discipline and ambition to thrive in a remote work environment.
- A willingness to travel up to 50% within your region to connect with customers, with rare international travel for special events.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
