What You’ll Be Doing
检测方案制定与执行
根据国际标准（如ISO/IEC）设计检测方案，确保数据有效性及可追溯性，支持新产品开发验证。
操作环境类试验设备（如温湿度箱、振动台）及压力测试设备，完成PA（物理分析）、疲劳等性能测试。
独立完成测试报告，并给出正确结论，与国内、外跨部门团队高效沟通。
设备维护与流程优化
制定设备维护计划，保障实验设备高效运行，降低故障率。
独立完成设备维护（PM任务），设备异常维修及新设备导入。
优化测试流程，提升实验效率，确保测试任务按时完成。
质量与合规管理
参与质量认证体系维护，确保实验室符合国际审核要求，别实验风险并制定应急预案。
跨部门协作与技术支持
对接工程、质量等部门，处理设计阶段的质量客诉，推动产品优化，并提供技术接口支持。
What We're Looking For
教育背景
本科及以上学历，自动化、电子&电气工程、机械工程或类似理工科专业。
工作经验
7年以上实验室检测技术或新品导入经验，熟悉传感器/电子行业测试流程。
熟悉各类压力和温度传感器工作原理，能够读懂电路原理图。
有国际标准实验室（如CNAS认证）工作经验者优先。
能力要求
技术能力：
精通环境类试验设备（如温湿度箱、振动台）及压力测试设备操作，能独立完成PA（Product Audit测试所需试验）、疲劳等性能测试，以及设备的MSA验证。
语言要求
英语读写能力良好，口语可与海外团队熟练沟通，能熟练阅读国际标准文档及撰写英文测试报告。
技能要求
熟练使用数据分析软件（如Excel、Minitab，labview，PoweBI）处理实验数据。
具备跨部门协作能力，能对接研发、质量部门推动产品优化。
