As our Lead Product Application Engineer, you will take full ownership of the technical engineering relationship with key customers, acting as the primary interface between customer needs and Danfoss solutions. Your role is vital in driving strategic application engineering activities, ensuring successful delivery of RFQs, new product introductions, and engineering projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the technical engagement with key customers, owning engineering deliverables to solve complex application requirements.
- Drive RFQ execution, part activation, and new product delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts, Act as a technical and/or project leader for large-scale or strategic engineering programs.
- Identify and develop strategic engineering opportunities and process improvements across customer accounts globally.
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturable and cost-effective solutions by developing 3D designs, technical documentation, and BOMs for competitive quotations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge in hydraulics, product, and application engineering.
- Expert use of structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, FRACAS, and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Ability to manage complex engineering projects and deliver on customer timelines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CAD (2D/3D), SAP, Teamcenter, Salesforce, and MS Office.
