Our infrastructure department is expanding - we are looking for a new collegue as the Service Owner WAN - to be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of WAN services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring their execution to ensure service quality, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure ISP services meet business needs.
You will significantly contribute to the strategic planning and delivery of WAN services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISPs). You will ensure that our
WAN services are aligned with the overall business objectives and IT strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Defining and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for WAN services.
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of SLAs to maintain high service quality.
- Closely collaborating with Regional WAN team and other teams.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs related to WAN services.
- Collaborating with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Conduct regular service reviews and audits to ensure compliance with SLAs and business requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing WAN services and ISP relationships including vendor and contract management.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and WAN technologies.
- Experience in defining and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong English language skills.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Project management experience is a plus.
