This role sits at the heart of service lifecycle management. You connect service strategy, project delivery, and operational readiness, making sure nothing falls through the cracks as services move from idea to reality.

If you care about structure, good governance, and seeing your work make a real impact on service quality and stability, this is a role where your expertise truly matters.

If you want to shape how infrastructure services are delivered and make a lasting impact on operational quality at Danfoss, we would love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us build services that are ready for tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead infrastructure services through the full service lifecycle, from Design & Plan to Build, Deploy, and transition into Operations.
  • Turn strategy into action by managing service artifacts, gate approvals, and readiness for operational handover.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including architects, engineers, vendors, and operations to deliver services on time and with quality.
  • Strengthen how services are built by improving service engineering processes, templates, and handover practices.
  • Act as a trusted partner to Service Owners by providing clear status, risk visibility, and governance support.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management and project delivery, preferably in infrastructure environments.
  • Solid knowledge of service lifecycle models (ITIL v3/v4) and structured project governance with gates and milestones.
  • Hands‑on experience with service design, service transition, and operational handover.
  • Confidence working with ServiceNow, PPM tools (such as Planisware), and collaboration platforms like Teams or Confluence.

  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
