We are seeking a Lead Consultant for IT Operations Excellence. The job shall be hybrid, you can be employed in one of our locations - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Povazska Bystrica, Sofia and Bucharest.

Please note, that the role may require travelling, predominantly within EMEA region.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive Operational Excellence (OpsEx) Initiatives: Spearheading and managing a portfolio of OpsEx initiatives initiatives aimed at optimizing IT Infrastructure processes.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various IT and business teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Championing the adoption of new methodologies and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Change and Problem Management : Acting as a change agent driving  the adoption of new processes and supporting problem management teams in performing root cause analysis.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT operations or service management role, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
