We are seeking a Lead Consultant for IT Operations Excellence. The job shall be hybrid, you can be employed in one of our locations - Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Povazska Bystrica, Sofia and Bucharest.
Please note, that the role may require travelling, predominantly within EMEA region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Operational Excellence (OpsEx) Initiatives: Spearheading and managing a portfolio of OpsEx initiatives initiatives aimed at optimizing IT Infrastructure processes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various IT and business teams.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Championing the adoption of new methodologies and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Change and Problem Management : Acting as a change agent driving the adoption of new processes and supporting problem management teams in performing root cause analysis.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT operations or service management role, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks
- Excellent English language skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
