We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Financial Consultant to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and compliance with financial regulations.
This role requires a blend of financial acumen and IT infrastructure knowledge to effectively manage budgets, subscriptions, software licenses, and vendor contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Financial Management: Manage IT Infrastructure related financial budgets and cost control to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Financial Reviews: Conduct regular financial reviews and reporting to provide insights into IT infrastructure spending and financial performance. Manage Variance Analysis reports to explain differences in budget forecast and actual spendings.
- Invoice Processing: Handle invoice approval and monitor timely and accurate costs allocation in ERP system.
- Software License Management: Oversee infrastructure software license and subscription management and compliance to avoid legal risks.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize vendor contracts and purchasing processes.
- Procurement: Create and manage purchase orders for IT infrastructure related acquisitions.
- Order Tracking: Track order deliveries and invoicing to ensure alignment with purchase orders and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management (controlling, accounting), preferably within an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, computers) and software licensing.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in financial software and SAP ERP system.
- Fluency in English.
- Apptio software experience is beneficial.
