As a Lead Product Application Engineer at Danfoss, you will hold the overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the Fluid Conveyance technical engineering interaction for specific customers and business segments. Your role is pivotal in coordinating, supporting, and facilitating engineering project requests, ensuring on-time RFQ activities, new product deliveries, and meeting quality expectations. You will align with key customers to investigate and define strategic global engineering opportunities, designing complex products and determining feasibility and costs for specific applications.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met across teams, departments, and regions.
- Lead process improvements, implementing systematic changes to standard work and processes.
- Mentor cross-functional team members, guiding them in technical principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Manage customer satisfaction metrics, driving rapid response initiatives and establishing proactive communication.
- Utilize advanced tools in problem-solving and project management, often acting as the Technical and/or Project Leader.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 6-10 years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated expertise in CAD software (preferably PRO-E).
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, Teamcenter, Salesforce, and CAD/3D modeling tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on customer relationships and market knowledge.
- Fluent in English, with a collaborative style and ability to drive results.
