The Impact You'll Make
You will own and shape the technology landscape for product configuration and pricing at Danfoss, enabling scalable, future‑ready solutions that support complex, configurable products across global markets.
By leading the transition to S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and strengthening integrations across SAP and cloud platforms, you will help the business move faster, reduce complexity, and improve customer and sales experiences.
This role puts you at the center of strategic decision‑making, where your technical leadership directly influences platform stability, transformation success, and long‑term innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end‑to‑end solution delivery for configuration and pricing initiatives, from architecture and design through go‑live and stabilization

Act as the IT owner and subject matter expert for SAP Variant Configuration and Pricing, guiding technical direction and best practices

Drive the LO‑VC to S/4HANA AVC transformation, defining roadmap, migration approach, and execution with global teams

Own integration architecture across SAP and cloud solutions, ensuring reliable, scalable data flows across the landscape

Provide technical leadership and escalation support, resolving critical issues and delivering sustainable improvements
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands‑on expertise in SAP Variant Configuration, including strong knowledge of S/4HANA Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC)
- Proven experience leading complex IT solution initiatives in enterprise SAP environments
- Strong understanding of integrations and CPQ‑related technologies, including APIs and cloud‑based services
- Ability to work independently and take ownership, aligning business and IT stakeholders in complex organizations
