The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Life Cycle / Workforce Administration Analyst to join our team in Guaratinguetá, São Paulo. This role plays a key part in enhancing the employee experience by providing operational support across core HR life cycle processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Deliver efficient HR services through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries and requests.

· Manage Life Cycle / Workforce Administration processes, including hires, terminations, job changes, pre-payroll activities, and other employee data transactions.

· Administer specific phases of the pre-payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Brazilian labor regulations.

· Partner closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within a large multinational organization.

· Experience working with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.

· Solid understanding of pre-payroll processes and local labor laws.

· Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.

· Experience with payroll systems such as SAP (GlobalView), Tress, or similar platforms is an advantage.

· Strong communication and customer service skills, with a clear focus on employee satisfaction.
