Danfoss is looking for an experienced Line Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to excel in a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will need to have outstanding interpersonal communication skills to deal with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and control that the QMS process is executed in accordance with QMS process including conducting of audits where applicable
- Act as a facilitator to make sure quality tools is used in all relevant manufacturing processes and that the tools are used in the right way
- Secure that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the control plan
- Control that needed quality documentation is developed and implemented before product and process changes are released (Change Control M5)
- Control that product audits are planned and executed according to the plan and that corrective and preventive actions is made in case of nonconformities (8D)
- Support and control that containment, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D)
- Control that the waivers and concession approval process on parts, products and manufacturing process are correctly executed.
- Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects in line with the quality plan (Quality One Pagers)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is required.
- 3 - 5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Self driven, independent and positive learning attitude
- Good analytical and problem solving skills. Be familiar with problem solving tools such as 8Ds, FTA, etc.
- Ability to do process audit according to Control plan, and upgrade the control plan itself
