As our Logistics Intern, you’ll support daily logistics and import/export operations that help ensure smooth cooperation between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Your impact? Thanks to your support, documentation processes, shipment coordination, and communication across departments will run more efficiently and accurately. You’ll gain hands-on experience in international logistics while learning how a global organization operates in a dynamic business environment.
You’ll collaborate with logistics, customer service, and product teams while supporting key operational and administrative processes related to import and export activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the preparation and organization of import/export documentation
- Assist with document management, invoice processing, and logistics-related administrative tasks
- Help monitor certificates, approvals, and compliance documentation deadlines
- Support communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist with additional logistics and trade compliance activities depending on business needs
What We're Looking For
- Student or recent graduate in Logistics, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Russian and communicative English; Kazakh is considered an advantage
- Interest in logistics, import/export processes, and international business operations
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus but not required
