Are you interested to join as the Freight Control Tower Analyst (off role) who will be responsible for end‑to‑end visibility, coordination, monitoring, and performance management of all domestic and international freight movements.
The role ensures real-time monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement of freight operations while maintaining cost control, compliance, and service levels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international) in real time, ensuring end-to-end visibility across the API region.
- Track key milestones and proactively manage exceptions to minimize delays and improve SLA adherence.
- Collaborate closely with transporters, CHA agents, warehouses, and internal teams to strengthen coordination and execution.
- Drive KPI performance (OTD, TAT, pickup performance, POD, damage ratio) through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Share actionable dashboards, performance insights, and timely updates with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
- Champion automation, digital tools (TMS, GPS, visibility platforms), and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations
- Experience with TMS or Control Tower operations preferred.
- Exposure to import/export processes is an added advantage.
