What You’ll Be Doing

- Improve manufacturing processes and technologies to increase productivity, quality, and operational stability.
- Lead and support improvement projects such as OEE, Lean, Six Sigma, and “just do it” initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Solve complex production and customer issues by driving structured problem‑solving across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Build quality into the process by creating and maintaining core documentation (PFMEA, control plans, MSA, capability data) across the product lifecycle.
- Support safe, cost‑effective operations through time studies, layout and flow improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and shop‑floor technical support.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience improving manufacturing processes, equipment investments, and industrialization outcomes in a production environment.Hands‑on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, MSA, and CPK.
Ability to use AutoCAD or Inventor and work with SAP routings and manufacturing documentation.
Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to collaborate across functions and with suppliers.
Advanced English communication skills for effective work in global teams.
