As a Machine Operator at Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient operation of advanced production equipment. You will contribute directly to the manufacturing of modern steering and control systems used by customers worldwide.
Your work will have a direct impact on quality, safety, and delivery reliability. This role goes beyond daily operations—you will actively support continuous improvement and process development in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
You will work in a production setup built on Lean principles, structured processes, and strong technical expertise. You will also be part of a motivated and supportive team with a positive working atmosphere, where collaboration and shared responsibility across shifts are core to our success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure stable production by operating, commissioning, and maintaining advanced production equipment
- Perform quality control according to control charts; troubleshoot and correct issues on machines and tooling
- Actively contribute to process optimization, test runs, and prototype production
- Ensure machines and work areas are kept in a safe and compliant condition, supporting a secure working environment
- Participate in planning and execution of preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve operational reliability
What We're Looking For
- A completed technical or vocational education with solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components, and control systems
- Experience from a manufacturing or production environment; experience with CNC machines is an advantage
- A self-driven, responsible, and structured work approach with strong focus on safety and quality
- Willingness to work in shift schedules and contribute positively to teamwork
