The Impact You'll Make
As our Maitenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. This role applies all Haiyan Danfoss Turbocor manufacturing equipments.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Equipment Maintenance: preventive/predictive maintenance according to the plan; minimize downtime through troubleshoot/repair; analyze root cause and implement corrective actions;
2. Spare parts management, including purchasing, stock management, using, stock accuracy etc. to ensure approriate stock level, reduce downtime and fund occupation at the same time;
3. Continuous Improvement: Drive equipment performance improvement initiatives (OEE, MTBF, MTTR); Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, and SOP updates related to equipment.
4. Installation and Commissioning: Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment; Ensure equipment meets safety and operational requirements.
5. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports as per requirement; analyze the previous issue of equipment to optimize the maintenance plan and spare parts stock; Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality and regulatory requirement
6. Support production and train operators on basic maintenance and equipment usage
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or related field.
- Experience with automation/electial or mechanical field, maintenace experience in both assembly line equipment and machining equipment like lathe, grinder, ect.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and knowledge of TPM
- Strong awareness of safety and compliance requirements
