What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Keep production moving by troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems, including CNC machines, hydraulic power units, and pumping systems

  • Diagnose and repair issues by disassembling equipment, replacing defective components, and rebuilding systems to restore performance

  • Support the shop floor by providing real-time assistance to assembly lines, driving process improvements and solving technical challenges

  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs across hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to reduce downtime

  • Complete electrical maintenance and basic HVAC troubleshooting, including motors, relays, chillers, compressors, and ventilation systems

What We're Looking For

 

  • High school diploma or GED, plus 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent heavy industry experience

  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics

  • Experience with industrial tools and systems (e.g., pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC equipment, PLC troubleshooting, or similar)

  • One of the following: Millwright certification, Electrical certification, Journeyman license, E&I certification, or HVAC experience

  • Strong commitment to safety practices, including consistent use of PPE and a proven safe work record

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (CMMS or similar tools)
