As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll support equipment uptime across our Tallahassee facility by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing failures before they impact production.

You’ll collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams, taking ownership of troubleshooting and repair activities while helping drive a safer, more efficient manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to support plant operations
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, CNC machines, power units, and pumping systems
- Support assembly cells by providing timely line support and assisting with shop-floor problem solving
- Diagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, fans, solenoids, and heating elements
- Troubleshoot and maintain heating, ventilation, chillers, and compressor test stands while following safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED with experience in industrial maintenance or heavy manufacturing operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Working knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office and maintenance or test systems
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, including proper PPE use and behavioral-based safety practices
- Ability to work on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
One of the following is required (certification or equivalent experience):
- Millwright certification
- Electrical or Instrumentation Technology certification
- Electrical certification with a minimum of 400 hours of commercial electrician instruction
- Electrical Journeyman certification
- Proven ability to discuss real-world PLC programming or troubleshooting scenarios
Nice to Have:
- At least one year of commercial HVAC or HVAC test rig experience with troubleshooting examples
- Experience supporting CNC equipment or automated manufacturing systems
