The Impact You'll Make

You will play a critical role in bringing next-generation data center technologies from concept to reality. By shaping how new products are industrialized, you help ensure they can be produced reliably, at scale, and with the highest standards of quality.

Working at the intersection of innovation and manufacturing, you translate early ideas into robust production solutions that support Danfoss’ growth in the fast‑evolving data center market. Your work directly impacts speed‑to‑market, cost efficiency, and long‑term manufacturability.

As a global manufacturing expert, you collaborate across functions and production sites, enabling smooth handover from incubation into serial production and setting up plants for long‑term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design manufacturing concepts for new products and technologies, guiding them from early incubation through pilot builds and launch readiness.
  • Translate product and technology ideas into scalable production solutions, identifying manufacturability risks early and driving practical improvements.
  • Support production plants globally with new process introduction, validation, pilot runs, and early ramp‑up to ensure stable and capable operations
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, safety, cost, yield, and cycle time using data‑driven methods.
  • Enable structured handover to serial production by working closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations and sharing best practices across sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • Solid experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, process engineering, or new product introduction within a global industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production layouts, process validation, and capability methods.
  • Hands‑on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement approaches (Six Sigma Green Belt required).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and manufacturing sites in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in English and readiness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time on a regular basis.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
