As our Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the availability and reliability of assembly processes and equipment so our production cells can achieve their performance goals. You will drive improvements in tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure process and assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures are available, compliant, and maintained to required standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling, implementing best practices and error-proofing systems.
- Collaborate in new product introductions, developing tooling and processes to meet launch timelines and quality requirements.
- Support training for technicians and operators, enabling skill development and operational excellence.
- Participate in customer issue resolution (8D) and implement corrective actions to maintain high performance and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within similar industry environments.
- Expertise in automation processes and familiarity with PLC programming.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other drawing tools) with experience designing and implementing fixtures.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
