The Impact You'll Make

Be responsible for the machining process design,execute and trouble-shooting. And provide on-site guidance, training and supervision to operators to ensure implementation. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• 负责机加工和装配相关工艺过程设计,开发相关工具工装夹具。
• 按质量体系要求编写机加工和装配工艺文件，包括：SOP，WI，PFMEA，CP, CI，标准化联合动作表等。
• 负责新工艺与设备的调研和验证。
• 解决生产过程中遇到的工艺问题。
• 完成部门经理安排相关的工作。
• 工艺持续改进，包括安全、质量、交付和成本。
• 参与和管理工艺变更控制项目和工艺改进项目。
• 领导或参与解决与机加工相关的客户投诉。
• 负责过程能力及产能分析。
• 按要求完成PLM系统内的新产品释放、变更、PPAP等系统流程。

What We're Looking For

• 本科及以上学历，机械/液压/电气自动化等相关专业毕业。
• 熟练的英文书面读写能力。
• 3年以上工艺工作经验。
• 具备解决装配工艺相关问题的能力。
• 快速学习新知识和技能的能力。
• 熟悉ISO9000标准和质量工具IATF16949。
