This is a role of immense scope, where you will lead everything from daily process stability to long-term site transformation. You will be empowered to improve flow, support the launch of new products, and implement automation that makes our facility safer, smarter, and more efficient.

Your leadership will directly impact our success by building a disciplined, high-performing engineering team. You will coach and develop technical talent, creating a culture of continuous improvement that ensures we meet our goals for quality, delivery, and cost.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a talented team of engineers and technicians, setting priorities that align with our site’s safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Drive process excellence by implementing standard work, PFMEA, and control plans to improve first-pass quality, boost yield, and reduce operational waste.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of our manufacturing equipment, from specification and automation to continuous improvement, ensuring our lines are always ready to perform.
  • Optimize the flow of our facility by redesigning site layouts and material handling processes to increase throughput, improve safety, and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage critical engineering projects, including new product introductions, capacity expansions, and capital investments, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on engineering leader who is passionate about building great teams and processes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related) and 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and manage engineers, technicians, or technical project teams.
  • Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving (PFMEA, VSM, A3, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both manufacturing operations and distribution/logistics processes, including equipment implementation, layout design, and material flow.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with everyone from senior leaders to operators on the shop floor.
