The Impact You'll Make
Desarrolla, da soporte y mejora los procesos de manufactura de tratamientos térmicos y procesos especiales, para mejorar los KPIs de seguridad, calidad, entregas y productividad.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ajusta y optimiza las condiciones y parámetros del proceso para cada operación de la ruta de fabricación de procesos especiales.
- Genera documentación de los procesos de manufactura (ayudas visuales, instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos de operación, hojas de inspección, etc).
- Elaborar recetas de carburizado para cumplir con los requerimientos de características metalúrgicas de cliente.
- Participa en AMEF de procesos especiales
- Apoya técnicamente la fabricación y alteraciones de productos actuales.
What We're Looking For
- Experiencia en un ambiebte de laboratorio químico, metalúrgico, industrial o afín.
- TSU o Ingeniería en materiales, nanotecnología, industrial, química o afín.
- Conocimiento en procesos especiales (Ni-temper, Carburizado, Revenido, Steam treat, Fosfatizado, Shoot peening, Shoot cleaning, enderezado).
- Conocimientos wn VSM/MIFA, cuellos de Botella y OEE
- Enfoque en la mejora, el cambio, la simplificación y la innovación
