The Impact You'll Make
As our new Manufacturing Technology Specialist, you will strengthen quality and operational performance in our Electronic Expansion Valves production. Your work will directly improve stability, reduce waste, and increase output across two manufacturing sites.
You will play a key role in advancing our laser welding and brazing processes, ensuring they run reliably and efficiently. By driving improvements in quality and OEE, you will help create a more robust production environment that supports our growth ambitions.
You will join a skilled team of 12 colleagues in Manufacturing Technology, where collaboration, technical expertise, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive quality and OEE improvements to secure stable output, reduce scrap, and improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
- Analyze production data, scrap trends, rework, and downtime to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
- Lead and execute improvement and change control projects across quality, productivity, delivery, and cost.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 (TS 16949) by updating and maintaining PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SOP documentation.
- Support customer claim handling by eliminating root causes in production processes and strengthening preventive actions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Solid experience with manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and LEAN in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and systems (e.g., PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, root cause analysis).
- Experience driving technical improvements in areas such as laser welding, brazing, or automated production lines.
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
