As our Market Service Intern, you will support reliable and efficient supply chain operations across the Climate Solutions segment.

Your impact? By helping coordinate communication between factories, sales companies, and customer service teams, you will contribute to improved delivery performance and higher customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with supply chain, logistics, and sales operations teams, gaining hands-on experience while supporting daily coordination activities in an international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate daily with customer service teams and factories regarding supply-related topics

  • Analyze data related to delivery reliability and support root cause investigations for delays

  • Help identify and eliminate recurring supply chain issues

  • Coordinate with purchasing, factories, and product lines to ensure smooth material flow

  • Monitor shipments and stock levels to support on-time delivery

What We're Looking For

 

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student who:

  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Communicates clearly and enjoys working in a team

  • Is fluent in English (Slovenian is not required)

  • Has good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Has an educational background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (nice to have)

  • Has a valid student status until at least September 2027
